Several Traveling Styles

One day, my friends who likes traveling went on a trip. He had no plan. Though there were some famous tourist spots, he only wondered aimlessly. Moreover, he stayed at luxurious hotel in spite of having little money. He regretted his planless travel, so he decided to make a next travel fill. Then, I introduce to you several ways to make travel economical, educational and fun. There are some ways to travel economically. First, you can bring convenience foods such as cup noodles and bread. You can eat them wherever and whenever you like. Next, you could stay at a cheap hotel. For example, business hotels and youth hotels don't cost so much. Third, it is possible to travel by taking a night bus because you will get to your destination while sleeping in the bus. Finally, you had better not use a means of transportation when you do sightseeing. You just walk, so you can enjoy seeing views around your trip. In short, you can have a good time during your travel without using a lot of money. The next ways are to travel educationally. First of all, you can visit historical sites. When you visit them, you can feel as if you were a time traveler in acient times and learn a life of the time. Second. you could go to museums. When you go there, you can learn many things. For example, when you go to the Japanese history museum, you can learn Japanese history. Moreover, you can learn how to live in the country through the homestay. Cleary, you can appreciate musicals and theaters. For instance, when you travel in Japan, you could appreciate one of the classical Japanese popular entertainment. In brief, it is instructive for you to experience many things. The third ways are make your travel enjoynable. To begin with, you had better bring camera because you will see many beautiful scenes and take a lot of pictures. Pictures will reminds you of happy traveling memories after you return from your journey. Another, you can meet local people from the place you travel and make friends with them. They may possibly show you around a tourist spot. At last, you can enjoy eating verious local foods. Foods are different from place to place, so you may eat unforgettable dishes. If I could live in any time period, I would pick present.  First I can meet many my friends at our university and domitory.  I'm enjoying my domitory life.  For example, I cook dinner with my roommates every evening, I talk with my close friends at any time and so on.  Second, university students have long vacation in spring and summer.  So I can do many things which I want to do.  I will travel to Kyoto and Osaka to see my friends and go sightseeing next long vacation.  It is exciting for me to plan traveling.  Third, I can equip myself with learning.  I study English hard now, I'll try to study abroad someday.  Accordingly, I really enjoy my life now!

Regret of my past(Erika.M)

If I could live in any time period, I would pick past. I have three reasons why I pick it. First, I want to start my life afresh. I have no special ability, so I want to learn the piano and swimming and so on.And I want to be a famous person. Second, I want to meet my old friends. When I was a child, I had changed my school many times. So, I have many old frirnds. But recentiy, I have not got into communication with them. So, I want to talk with them about our school days. Finally, I want to study hard in high school. When I was a high school student, I was always sleeping in my house. So, my result of examinations were very bad. I want to study hard to get good results of examinations.
Now I regret my past very much. But I 'm going to live without regreting.

Homework for textbook page 44-45 Yui S.

If I could live in any time period, I would pick past period. I have two reasons why I would like to go back to the past. One cue I can erase my past failure. Returning the past period, I'll keep trying not to make mistakes but to make success. The other cue I can start my life afresh. I have a lot of things I'm regretting about. Even if most people say that it's no crying over spilt milk, I think it's great to see what I was in the past.

living with an older person (Erika M)

After my grandfather moved in with us, I began to realize the benefits of living with an older person. First of all, he has told me a lot of stories about our family history. He lived in America and married my grandmother. My father was born there. 20 years later, they moved to Japan. Then my father met my mother and I was born.Since my grandfather is retired, he has been able to spend a lot of time helping me with my schoolwork. When I cannot understand the English schoolwork, he teaches me how to read and write. Most importantly, Ive learned to appreciate the special qualities an older person can have. He has a lot of wisdom for living life.

10/27 Homework (Risa S)

My mother nags me constantly.  For one thing, my room is never clean enough to suit her.  Although I hang up my clothes once a week, she expects me to put them away every night before I go to bed.  she also hates it if I leave any food, wrappers, or soda cans in my room.  In addition, she never thinks I've spent enough time on my schoolwork.  Whenever she comes in my room, I play the video game or read comic books.  However I always do my schoolwork when she doesn't look at me.  Finally, she is always telling me to improve my appearance.  I want to keep my hair long, but she want me to cut my hair short.  It is because she think boys should have short hair.  Consequently, I'm really fed up with her.

How to economize on a trip (Yui.S)

There are many ways to economize on a trip to Korea and still have a good time. First, you can shop around for the best airfare. You can obtain a discount airline ticket at auction. Once you get there , you need to stay in the most expensive hotels. When you go there, you can stay at your penpal's house, so I recommend you to make penpals. You can also economize on food. In Korea, food is cheaper than in Japan. Finally, you should take advantage of all the free cultural and historical offerings. In Korea, there are many attractive offerings and some of them are free, so you can enjoy yourself without thinking of spending money.

10/25 Homework (Risa S)

Summer is my favorite season.  First, I like to watch the fireworks.  We can hardly watch it in other seasons.  In summer night, there are many displays of fireworks every place.  Second, we can swim in the sea.  I am not good at swimming, but I like the sea.  I also think the sea is beautiful especially in summer.   Third, we, from elementary school students to university students, have very long vacation in summer.  So we can go various places and play.  In summer vacation, I usually enjoy going shopping, watching the movies, seeing my old friends, going to my grandfather's house and so on.  For these reasons, I like summer very much.

Bad Point of Television ( Erika. M)

There is too much violence on television. In physical terms, watching television for many hours causes our eyesight to fall. Paticulary, an animation is violence for our eyesight. So, parents should teach children to sit away from the television when they watch. Another probrem is that the more we watch television, the less we have a time to communicate with our family. Today, many people eat a dinner when they are watching television.Communication is more important than wachting television. So, we have to reduce time we watch television.

To conserve energy in our daily life. (Yui.S)

There are several ways to conserve energy. First, when I go shopping to the supermarket, I always bring my own bag and refuse plastic bags. That is how I don't waste the petroleum. Second, after I take a bath, I often use  the water left the bathtub to do the laundry. By using that water, we can save a large amount of water. Third, not to use too much light, I never foget to turn off the TV after watching. In conclusion, there are many more things that we can do in daily life.
